We have tried to make shopping on the Spiders Alive website as convenient and as safe as possible. Before you purchase anything, please make sure you have read and agree with our Terms and Conditions. By placing an order, you are confirming you have read and agree with our Terms and Conditions.

Buyers from OUTSIDE of South Africa take note:

Please e-mail us first with your requirements. Do not make a payment before contacting us. For Spiders Alive to export, permits need to be arranged, which takes time.

South Africa buyers take note:

Some provinces require permits to keep certain spiders. It is the BUYER'S responsibility to enquire whether you require permits to keep our spiders AND to arrange these permits. Please only make payment once this has been arranged (if necessary).

Types of Payments accepted by Spiders Alive:

We only accept 2 types of payments:
1. Electronic funds transfer (EFT) (online)
2. Direct deposits

1. EFT Payments

Should you want to make an EFT, please e-mail us BEFORE MAKING PAYMENT with your order quoting the CODES attached to each item you wish to purchase. We will reply with a special code (which you will use in the reference), along with our banking details.

Discounts might be possible on EFT payments.

2. Direct Deposits

Should you want to make a direct deposit, please e-mail us with your order (CODES of ALL items you are wanting to purchase). We will then give you a special code, which you will need to use as your reference when depositing money into our account. This will help us keep track of payments and make sure you get what you ordered.

Discounts might be possible on direct deposits.

We will only release items purchased upon CONFIRMATION of payment.
