3. VENOMOUS SPIDERS
3.1 Disclaimer
Spiders Alive does not deal in, or with, venomous spiders
in any way whatsoever.
4 . ORDERS AND PAYMENT
4.1 Payment methods
- Payments can be made via EFT or Direct Deposit.
- No cheques are accepted.
- All other orders must be paid for in cash.
The procedure for e-mail orders is simple:
1. Place your order.
2. Spiders Alive will email a bank account number to you.
3. Deposit the cash or
make an EFT.
4. The goods will be dispatched / delivered to you.
4.2 Bank deposit slips
Please complete the 'reference' field with, say, your telephone number,
or a description of the payment. This helps us to match your payment with
your order.
5. PRICES
5.1
CurrencyPrices quoted are in South African Rands (ZAR) and apply only
within the borders of the Republic of South Africa.
All prices quoted exclude delivery, postal, or handling charges.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
6. RESERVING STOCK
6.1 Bookings
Stock may be booked or reserved via email subject to the following additional conditions:
A non-refundable deposit equivalent to 50% (fifty percent) of the quoted
price must be paid within 24 (twenty four) hours of the booking request.
Should the required spider(s) be unobtainable, Spiders Alive
will refund the deposit already paid, or the buyer can choose an
alternative animal of the same value.
7. GUARANTEE
7.1 Refund policy
Spiders Alive does not offer any guarantee on spiders. Once purchased,
spiders will not be exchanged or refunded unless Spiders Alive
misrepresented details of the spider for sale, specifically age, sex,
or health. Once spiders are
in the buyer's hands, Spiders Alive will not be held responsible for negligence on
the buyer's part.
8. DELIVERY
8.1 Delivery, collections and freight
Spiders Alive, where possible, can arrange for you to collect your order at
an agreed upon collection point.
Deliveries in and around Johannesburg can be
undertaken by Spiders Alive at an additional delivery charge.
Courier and
air freight services can be arranged by mutual agreement.
9. RISK
9.1 Reponsibility
Spiders Alive will deliver all ordered spiders in good condition and health
to the agreed collection point, courier service, or other transport service.
From there, Spiders Alive cannot be held responsible for damages incurred, or for the
damage or death of
spiders in transit.
